그가 원한 건 그저 약간의 음식과 하루 밤 잠자리 뿐이었어요

왕은 그의 종을 시켜 그녀를 매몰차게 쫒아 버렸어요

눈에 4월을 품은 그 소녀를 .....

그녀는  숲 속에  사는 가난하지만 겸손한 한 남자의 집의 

불빛이 나올 때까지 그 밤내내 말을 달려야만 했어요

그 남자는 그녀를 안으로 들였지만. 장작불 옆에서 그녀는 죽어 버렸죠

그리고 그 남자는 그녀를 조심스럽게 잘 묻어주었죠

오.다음 날 아침이 밝았고, 온 세상은 하얀 빛이었지만

그 남자가 그녀를 누인 곳에 다다렀을 때

그의 들판은 환하게 빛났어요

눈에 4월을 품은 그 소녀의 무덤위에 핀 꽃들로 말이죠
